AI assistants such as ChatGPT make our everyday lives much easier by taking over many tasks for us. However, we often tend to rely too much on the results generated without developing a deeper understanding of the potential issues. Current research is investigating how people can be supported in using AI assistants while still maintaining an in-depth understanding. In this workshop, we will focus on the development of a ChatGPT-based reading assistant.
